No se trata que twitter empiece a implementar AdSense, sino que Google AdSense se ha creado una cuenta en twitter @AdSense y esta ahí twitteando con buena frecuencia.
Esta cuenta no es para que envíes mensajes o preguntas, no te responderán nada, ya que de ser así llegarían varias quejas y dudas cada segundo, solo es un twitter lleno de consejos, enlaces, y reportes del servicio.
Por ejemplo:
